Focus and Scope

Objective of IMBR is to spread out knowledge in collaboration with scholars, academicians, professionals and practitioners by allowing free access to valuable information around the globe. Research studies in IMBR address emerging issues and developments in domestic and international business world. IMBR encourages submission related to the subjects of finance, accounting, auditing, cost & management accounting, financial psychology, financial literacy, marketing, information management, human resource management, knowledge management, innovation, change management, enterprise management, e-commerce and information system.


Section Policies


Peer Review Process

All submissions will be initially scrutinized and screened by the editor and members of the editorial board for relevance, scope, quality & plagiarism and then by experienced reviewers from around the world. Manuscripts are subject to double blind peer review. Reviews and feedback will be given to authors promptly to complete the review process within 8-10 weeks. Editorial board strives to publish accepted manuscripts within 12-16 weeks after submission. For manuscripts submission please read and follow author guidelines and publication ethics.

IMBR publishes 6 issues per year


Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.



This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
